The Display console is housed in a robust die cast casing, with sealed tact-tile buttons and large easy to read LED display.

Lathe Console Functions

Absolute coordinates

Incremental  coordinates

Displays the position to the user-defined datum.

Displays the new position relative to the previous position.

Metric/imperial conversion Metric/imperial display. Convert you’re machine from metric to imperial and vice-versa at the touch of a button.
200 zero position memory Store up to 200 different zero positions in the internal memory.
Radius/diameter Radius/diameter display. 
Taper measure Using a clocking gauge measure two points on a taper and the console will calculate the angle
  Power down memory The console has an internal memory, and in the event of power loss will store the co-ordinates/entered data.

Mounting Arm

The Display console is supplied complete with a heavy duty mounting arm. The mounting arm will allow the display console to swivel  into a convenient and comfortable position for the user.

 

The mounting arm also has a drawing/note rest under the display console. Installation of the arm is made easy by the use of four jacking screws, one in each corner. This  allows the arm to be mounted on a uneven/curved surface. Fixing bolts are supplied.
